Waterproofing Agent RF-ZLJ-01
RF-ZLJ-01 Waterproofing agent has very low surface tension, and can form dense cross-linked film on the fiber surface, so that all kinds of fiber fabrics have strong and waterproof, oil-proof, anti-fouling function after finishing, and water washing resistance.

Uses: Used in the waterproof, oil-proof and dirt-proof treatment of various fibers and their blended fabrics.

Properties:
After finishing, the fabric has excellent water repellency, oil repellency, dirt repellency, high water repellency pressure resistance and high air permeability. Under appropriate process and dosage, it can reach 100 points of waterproof and 8 levels of oilproof. Good compatibility, can be used with anionic additives in the same bath, add softener, anti-static agent has less impact on the performance. Non-sticky roller, does not affect the original color and light of the fabric, has a good feel, and maintain the original breathability of the fabric.
No solvent, no APEO, no PFOA, no ignition point, use more at ease.
Application:
RF-ZLJ-01 can be used alone or together with other finishing liquids, note that the finishing liquid should be adjusted to pH4-6 acidic with acetic acid before adding RF-ZLJ-01. The fabrics to be finished must be thoroughly pre-treated first, with no surfactant residue.
Dosage:
Dip and roll method: RF-ZLJ-01: 30-60 g/L Rolling rate 75-100%.
Impregnation method: RF-ZLJ-01: 1-3% (O.W.F)
The product is first pre-dissolved in cold water and then added to the acidic finishing solution.
Drying Bake at 100ºC 160ºC-170ºC for 1.5 minutes.
Penetration Problems:
If the fabric has poor penetration problems, we suggest adding 10-20g/L of commercially available penetrant to the finishing solution to ensure uniformity. The penetrant should be added to the solution first.
Storage:
The product is sensitive to cold and heat, do not store it below 0ºC or above 40ºC, otherwise it may produce irreversible quality change.
Note:
This manual is only for reference, the specific factory use process is different and the effect is different, should be tested in advance before use. In order to ensure the quality of the product, be sure to cover the barrel after each use.
