Using Methods

This product is a water-based calcium stearate suspension prepared via a proprietary process. As an outstanding anti-adhesive agent, release agent, and anti-sticking solution, it is ideally suited for rubber and plastic products.

This is the non - ionic calcium stearate white emulsion rubber release agent. As a specialized release agent formulated for the rubber industry, it is a stable water - based emulsion system. Characterized by non - ionic properties, this product shows excellent compatibility with various rubber matrices. The fine white emulsion can uniformly coat the surface of rubber materials, forming a low - friction separation layer. This layer effectively prevents rubber from adhering to molds or other contact surfaces during processing, ensuring smooth demolding. Meanwhile, its unique formulation maintains the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products, making it an ideal release solution for rubber molding, extrusion, calendering and other processes.

The emulsion achieves uniform coverage on the surface of rubber particles, creating a slippery inter-particle interface. This interface effectively prevents direct contact between rubber particles, thereby avoiding agglomeration. Due to its layered crystalline structure, the emulsion enables interlayer sliding to achieve an internal lubrication effect. Produced through a unique manufacturing process, the product boasts uniformly spherical particles, which further minimize friction and enhance lubrication performance. Consequently, it significantly improves the application properties during the downstream processing of rubber particles. Moreover, this product can enhance the anti-aging properties of end products during downstream processing.
