Waterproofing Agent RF-ZLJ-03
RF-ZLJ-03 Waterproofing agent has very low surface tension and can form a dense cross-linked film on the fiber surface, so that various fiber fabrics have strong waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling functions after finishing, and are washable.

Properties:
The finished fabric has outstanding water-repellent, oil-repellent and anti-fouling properties, is resistant to high waterproof pressure, and has high air permeability. Under appropriate process and dosage, it can achieve 100 points of waterproof and 8 levels of oil-proof. It has good compatibility and can be used in the same bath with anionic additives. Adding softeners and antistatic agents has little effect on performance. Non-stick roller, does not affect the original color of the fabric, has a good hand feel, and maintains the original breathability of the fabric.
Does not contain solvents, does not contain APEO, has no ignition point, and is safer to use.
Application:
RF-ZLJ-03 can be used alone or with other finishing liquids. Note that the finishing liquid must be adjusted to pH 4-6 with acetic acid to be acidic before adding RF-ZLJ-03. The fabric to be finished must be thoroughly pretreated first, and there is no surfactant residue.
Dosage:
RF-ZLJ-03: 10-50 g/L
The product is first pre-dissolved in cold water and then added to the acidic finishing liquid

Drying at 100ºC
Baking 160ºC-170ºC, 1.5 minutes
Penetration Problems:
If the fabric has poor penetration, we recommend adding 10-20g/L of commercially available conventional penetrant to the finishing liquid to ensure uniform squeeze. The penetrant should be added to the solution first.
Storage:
This product is sensitive to extreme cold and heat. Do not store it below 0ºC or above 40ºC, otherwise it may undergo irreversible quality changes.
