PAM - Cationic Polyacrylamide
Description
This product is an environmental friendly chemical .It's not soluble in most organic solvents, with good flocculating activity, and can reduce the friction resistance between liquid. It has two different forms, powder and emulsion.
Application Field
1. It is mainly used for the sludge dewatering and decrease the rate of water content of sludge.
2. It can be used to treat industrial wastewater and life sewage water.
3. It can be used for paper making to improve dry and wet strength of paper and to improve dry and wet strength of paper and to increase the reservation of tiny fibers and fillings.
Advantage
1. Easy to dissolve, dissolve time 40min
2. High efficiency
3. High molecular, molecular weight 10million
4. High purity, without impurity

Application Method
Powder
1. It should be diluted to the concentration of 0.1%(based on solid content). It is better to use neutral or desalted water.
2. When making up solution, the product should be scattered evenly in the stirring water, usually the temperature is between 50-60ºC.
3. The most economical dosage is based on the trial.
Emulsion
When diluting the emulsion in water, it is supposed to stir quickly to make the polymer hydrogel in the emulsion sufficiently contact with water and rapidly disperse in water. The dissolution time is around 3-15 minutes.
Package and Storage
Powder
Package: The solid product can be packed in inner plastic bags, and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg.
Storage: Should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place below 35ºC.
Emulsion
Package: 25L, 200L, 1000L plastic drum.
Storage: The storage temperature of the emulsion is perfectly between 0-35ºC. The general emulsion is stored for 6 months. When the storage time is long, there will be a layer of oil deposited on the upper layer of the emulsion and it is normal. At this time, the oil phase should be returned to the emulsion by mechanical agitation, pump circulation, or nitrogen agitation. The performance of the emulsion will not be affected. The emulsion freezes at a lower temperature than water. The frozen emulsion can be used after it is melted, and its performance will not change significantly. However, it may be necessary to add some anti-phase surfactant to the water when it is diluted with water.
