Applications
1) Specification application problem: the water condition and depth have different requirements for the diameter of the nano hose
1. For Outdoor farming, if the water depth is 0-1.5m, please use nano hose with OD of 16mm and ID of 10mm, the length of nano hose should not exceed 50m.
2. For factory aquaculture water body, with a water depth of 0-1.5 meters, please use nano hose with OD of 16mm and ID of 10mm, the length of the tube shall not exceed 50 meters;
3. For large water surfaces with a water depth of less than 1.5 meters, please usenano hose with an OD of 25 mm and ID of 12 mm, the length of the tube shall not exceed 60 meters.
 
2) It is more appropriate to use a long nano hose per mu of water surface, and many issues need to be considered:
The requirements of the breeding objects for the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water, the balance of dissolved oxygen in the water, the amount of aeration and the amount of dissolved oxygen per unit time of a nano hose per unit length under relative conditions, etc.
According to the estimates, a 40-70 meter long nano hose (ID of 10 and OD of 16 mm) is required for each acre of intensive cultivation ponds with a depth of more than 1.5 meters.
When the dissolved oxygen in the water body is lower than 4mg/l, the aeration can be increased to more than 5mg/l for 2 hours.

 
3) Determination of the average spacing of the long strip arrangement of nano hose:
Example: A pond has an area of 4 mu, a length of 100 meters, and a width of 26.7 meters. The existing nano hoses are 280 meters, and the hoses are arranged horizontally. The pipe length is 20 meters, and the pipe distance is 100÷(280÷20)=7.14 meters.
 
4) Horizontal adjustment of pipe layout (10cm from the bottom of the pool)
1. After clearing the pond, arrange the pipes according to the remaining water level at the bottom of the pond;
2. Deploy pipes in the pond for a long time, adopt the horizontal method for leveling, and fix the benchmark. The water depth of the pool is 1 meter, and the nano hose should be placed 10cm away from the bottom of the pool, or 90cm below the horizontal line. In this way, we can use two bamboo poles longer than 1.2 meters to fix the nano hoses on the bamboo poles. 30cm from the bottom to the top, then a mark at 90cm upwards, and then two people grab a bamboo pole, pull the nano hose tightly to each side of the pond, insert the bamboo pole into the bottom of the pond until the mark is marked, it's up to the level. If the depth of the bottom of the pond is not on a horizontal line, the pipe shall be laid out on the shallow side.
