Short-Chain Fluorocarbon-Based Polymeric Coating
RF-ZLJ-02 Waterproofing agent has very low surface tension and can form a dense cross-linked film on the fiber surface, so that various fiber fabrics have strong waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling functions after finishing, and are washable.

Component: C6 fluorocarbon ester polymer


Application area: used for waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling treatment of various fibers and their blended fabrics.

Properties:
The finished fabric has excellent water-repellent, oil-repellent and anti-fouling properties, is resistant to high waterproof pressure, and has high air permeability. Under appropriate process and dosage, it can achieve 100 points of waterproof and 8 levels of oil-proof. It has good compatibility and can be used in the same bath with anionic additives. Adding softeners and antistatic agents has little effect on performance. Non-stick roller, does not affect the original color of the fabric, has a good hand feel, and maintains the original breathability of the fabric.
Does not contain solvents, APEO, PFOA, no ignition point, and is safer to use.

Application:
RF-ZLJ-02 can be used alone or with other finishing liquids. Note that the finishing liquid must be adjusted to pH 4-6 with acetic acid before adding RF-ZLJ-02. The fabric to be finished must be thoroughly pre-treated first, and there is no surfactant residue.

Dosage:
Padding method: RF-ZLJ-02: 30-60 g/L, liquid rolling rate 75-100%
Immersion method: RF-ZLJ-02: 1-3% (O.W.F)
The product is first dissolved in cold water and then added to the acid finishing solution
Drying at 100ºC, baking at 160ºC-170ºC, 1.5 minutes
     

Penetration Problems:
If the fabric has poor penetration, we recommend adding 10-20g/L of commercially available conventional penetrant to the finishing solution to ensure uniform liquid rolling. The penetrant should be added to the solution first.

Storage:
This product is sensitive to severe cold and heat. Do not store below 0ºC or above 40ºC, otherwise it may cause irreversible quality changes.

Precautions:
This manual is only for reference. The specific factory uses different processes and the effects are different. It should be tested in advance before use. In order to ensure product quality, be sure to cover the barrel lid after each use.
