 It is a modified polyurethane thickener, which is a trend of perfect water-based non-ionic synergistic rheological modifier, excellent high shear viscosity distribution, both on the paint film internal water resistance, color extension and other properties, or the tank opening effect, smoothness and other properties outside the system, have very excellent performance. Polyurethane thickeners improve the rheological and leveling properties of waterborne coatings by improving high shear viscosity and inhibiting low shear viscosity, giving them a rheological energy similar to solvent-type alkyd coatings. Compared with the traditional water-based thickener, the thickening system is improved in terms of film formation, brushability, and apparent performance.
 Polyurethane thickener can be compatible with the base material commonly used in latex paint, and it has better water resistance and scrub resistance than the cellulose thickener. In the high-light emulsion paint system, using a polyurethane thickener gets a higher luster than using a polyacrylate or a cellulose thickener. This product is mixed with water and placed for several hours as transparent as water, is the ideal choice for transparent products!

Usage: 0.1-1.0%

Additive Amount
