It is a high brightness delaminated kaolin Clay with a super fine particle size distribution. This product provides unique combination of high Sheet gloss and superior print quality. Its principal benefits are excellent coverage in single coating (or precoating) applications for fine paper, Coated Paper or paper board.
In the paper industry, our calcined kaolin is mainly used as coating pigment and filler, and has been well applied in the fields of medium and high-grade coated paper, coated paper, coated whiteboard paper, thermal paper, carbonless copy paper, newsprint and decorative paper. Due to the schistose structure of calcined kaolin, the paper has better covering ability, higher gloss and smoothness. At the same time, due to the special pore structure of calcined kaolin, making the coating has a good thickness and printing suitability and ink absorbency, the printing effect has a very obvious improvement.
