3-Nitrobenzenesulfonic Acid Sodium Salt
Properties: anionic surfactant
Raw materials: benzene, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium carbonate
Process: benzene is nitrated with nitric acid to produce nitrobenzene, then sulfonated with sulfuric acid to produce m-nitrobenzene sulfonic acid. Finally, sodium carbonate is added to make sodium salt, which is filtered and dried to be anti staining salt .

effect:
1. used as an anti whitening additive for vat dyes
2. used as a color and light protective agent for ground color discharge printing such as copper salt, reactive dye and naftor dye
3. used as an agent for repairing embossed cloth
4. used as a color light protector during steaming after reactive dye printing
5. Used as shade protectant for pad dyeing and steaming with reactive dyes
6. used as a white ground protective agent for reducing dye yarn fabric during scouring
7. Rust remover for ships and nickel remover for electroplating (90% yellow and white are available)
8. It can also be used to prepare vanillin
