Description
Fluorescent Brightening agent VBL belongs to stilbene triazine derivatives, its fluorescent hue is cyan slightly purple, belongs to the anionic. It is mainly used for whitening and brightening of bleached cotton fabrics, plucking white printing, paper whitening and whitening of detergent and coating industries.

Application Field:
1,It is used for the whitening of white products of cotton and viscose, as well as the brightening of light-colored or printed products, with general sunlight fastness, good affinity for cellulose fibers and general evenness, and it is suitable for printing and dyeing, rolling and printing pulp.
2,Fluorescent brightening agent VBL can be used for the brightening of vinylon and nylon products.
3,It is used for whitening of paper industry, pulp or paint.
Performance and characteristics:
1. It is anionic and can be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants or dyes, nonionic surfactants and hydrogen peroxide.
2,Not suitable for use in the same bath with cationic surfactants or dyestuffs.
3,Fluorescent brightener VBL is stable to insurance powder.
4,Fluorescent brightener VBL is not resistant to copper, iron and other metal ions.
Usage Method:
1,In papermaking industry, fluorescent whitening agent VBL can be dissolved in water and added into pulp or paint.
In papermaking industry, dissolve fluorescent whitening agent VBL with 80 times of water and add it into pulp or paint, the amount is 0.1-0.3% of the weight of the dried pulp or dried paint.
2,In the printing and dyeing industry, fluorescent brightener VBL can be added directly into the dyeing tank and dissolved with water.
Dosage: 0.08-0.3%, bath ratio: 1:40, better dyeing bath temperature: 60ºC
Package and Storage:
20kg carton, 25kg or 30kg paper drum, keep away from light, dry at room temperature.
Shelf life: 24 months at room temperature and dryness.
1,It is recommended to store Fluorescent Brightening Agent VBL in a cool and dry place away from light, with a storage period of 2 years.
2,The storage period of fluorescent brightener VBL exceeds 2 months and a small amount of crystallization is allowed, which will not affect the use effect during the shelf life.
3,Brightening agent VBL can be mixed with anionic and nonionic surfactants, direct, acidic and other anionic dyes and paints, but not with cationic dyes and surfactants, synthetic resin primers and other baths.
4, the water quality used is better for soft water, shall not contain copper, iron and other metal ions and free chlorine, should be used with the matching.
5, the amount of fluorescent whitening agent VBL should be appropriate, too much whiteness is reduced or even yellowing, it is recommended that the amount should not exceed 0.5%.
