Application Field
Suitable for the municipal sewage treatment plant, all kinds of industry chemical waste water, printing and dyeing waste water, garbage seeping water, food waste water and other industrial waste water treatment.
Main Function
1.The agent could reproduce rapidly in biochemical system and grow bio-film in padding,it transfers ammonia nitrogen and cnitrite in waste water to harmless nitrogen which could release from water,to degrade ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen rapidly. Reducing stink-release,inhibiting the growth of putrefying bacteria,reducing methane,ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, decreasing atmospheric pollution.
2.The agent with nitrifying bacteria,could shorten domestication of activated sludge and from-film time,speed-up the startup of sewage disposal system,reducing waste water residence time, improving total processing power.
3.Dose nitrifying bacteria into waste water, could improve waste water ammonia nitrogen processing efficiency by 60% on basis of the original, without changing treatment processes. It could reduce processing cost,is a environment friendly,high-efficiency,microbiology bacteria agent.
Application Method
According to water quality index the biochemical system of industrial waste water:
1.The first dosage is about 100-200 grams/cubic (accroding to the biochemical pond volume calculation).
2.The dosage of feed water system caused by fluctuations too big impact on improved biochemical system is 30-50 grams/cubic (accroding to biochemical pond volume calculation).
3.The dosage of municipal waste water is 50-80 grams/cubic (accroding to the biochemical pond volume calculation)
Specification
The tests show that the following physical and chemical parameters on bacterial growth is the most effective:
1.pH: Average range between 5.5 to 9.5, it will grow most rapidly between 6.6 -7.4 , and best PH value is 7.2.
2.Temperature: Take effect between 8 ºC - 60 ºC.Bacteria will die if the temperature is higher than 60 ºC. If it is lower than 8 ºC , bacteria will not die, but the growth of bacteria cell will be restricted a lot. The most suitable temperature is between 26-32 ºC.
3.Dissolved Oxygen: Aeration tank in sewage treament,dissolved oxygen content is at least 2 mg/liter.The metabolic and regrade rate of bacteria could speed up by 5-7times with fully oxygen.
4. Micro-Elements: Proprietary bacteria group will need a lot of elements in its growth, such as potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, etc., normally it contains enough mentioned elements in soil and water.
5.Salinity: It is applicable in high salty water,the maximum tolerance of salinity is 6%.
6.Poison Resistance: It can more effectively resist chemical toxic substances,including chloride,cyanide and heavy metals,etc.
*When the contaminated area contains biocide,need to test the effect to bacteria.
